(throwing myself out there in the sake of helping others) I saw this painting in a friend's house a couple years back & it's been imprinted in my mind since. If you look closely, you can see the ancient plant medicine all around & it's herbal knowledge being passed down. It's quite beautiful, don't you think?! It reminds me of the newest Netflix series Green Frontier, as well as the tragedy that is happening right now with our Amazon 😔
I recently joined an Ayahuasca community & have been going to the mountains with close friends to join in on the sacred ceremony to drink the plant medicine. I can't express how happy I am to have found this tribe that's helping me manifest, heal, paint visions that transcend me to the sixth dimension, enhance my creativity & most interestingly for me- remove my fears 😲
Last week, I set aside an evening to eat 🍄shrooms alone, gifted to me by a good friend. My main intention was 2 connect to my houseplants, but what it had in store for me was a full journey of insight, a feeling of interconnectedness with everything & a life regression which led me to crying my eyes out on my living room floor. It may sound awful to some but trust me in that it was an incredible release! One piece of information I downloaded was that I have a duty to invite others to the Ayahuasca retreats I attend.
If you're curious about trying it & rather come to Colombia than an expensive retreat in Peru that's geared for foreigners, or are passing through Medellín, DM me. This is a real community of healers that take amazing care of you the entire night & throughout the ritual + I can interpret! The evening includes a fire cleansing, spiritual cleansing, energy massage therapy and a stinging nettle treatment (nothing is mandatory, however recommended) The ceremony is held from Saturday eve - Sunday morning every 2 weeks. You bring your own sleepover items (hammock or tent, warm clothes) & it's only 50milCOLpesos= $15usd. As you can see, they're not in the business to make a profit, rather to spread the love, cleanse your spirit, energy & help you heal so you can be your best version. Our Yagé (Ayahuasca) brew is brought over from Putomayo, Amazon 🌿
