alright friends, so I mentioned something about having new PLANS & IDEAS 💡
I have had multiple people message me (thank you!!!) about making personal workout programs for them. ((And the answer is YES I would LOVE to)) Ive been wanting to start this back up for awhile now but ya know, life gets in the way sometimes. But now, I want to make this my life because fitness has been apart of me for 4 years now and if there’s anything else I love to do most than fitness, it is to help people.
SOOO, that being said. I am going to be posting more about my workouts and what I do in and out of the gym to stay fit. If this works out the way I want it to and y’all love what I’m doing and would like a personal program specially make for you and your goals, I would be so down to make a whole program for you for only $20!!!
