. مواجهه های مختلفی با واژه ی هنردرمانی وجود داره . مثلا بعضی افراد میپرسن که : . ●لازمه نقاشی بلد باشیم یا حتما هنرمند باشیم تا بتونیم از هنردرمانی استفاده کنیم ؟ یا نگران این بودن که به خاطر اینکه نقاشیشون معمولا خوب نبوده ، پس نمیتونن از هنر درمانی استفاده کنن یا ... . ●واقعیت اینه که هنر درمانی هیچ ارتباطی به تجارب قبلی کار هنری یا به اصطلاح عامه ذوق و استعداد هنری نداره . چیزی که مهمه حس و افکار شما زمانیه که دارین راجع به یه موضوع نقاشی میکشین یا حسی که به اثر خلق شدتون دارین و اون تصویر میتونه به شما کمک کنه بیشتر درون خودتون جستجو کنین یا چیزهایی رو با کمک درمانگر ببینین و پیدا کنین که حقایق بیشتری بهتون در مورد خودتون و زندگی بگه . ●این نقاشی ، تصویر ذهنی من هست از "نبودن" . زیبایی و یا تکنیک هنری خاصی نداره و شاید خیلی ابتدایی و بچه گانه و بی نظم به نظر بیاد ، اما این تصویر بازنمایی احساس واقعی من به نبودنِ "کسی" یا "چیزی" هست . اولین چیزیه که به ذهنم رسیده و سعی کردم خودم رو رها کنم و بی تفاوت به زیبایی و زشتی ، روی کاغذ خط هایی از جنس احساس واقعیم بکشم . و در نهایت خودم هستم که دقیقا متوجه میشم معنای نقاشیم برای خودم چیه و میتونم باهاش ارتباط برقرار کنم. 🙂

Wer sieht dich, wenn du die Hüllen fallen lässt. Eine Geburt ist ein Moment, in dem es manchen Frauen gelingt - vor Überwältigung - alles fallen zu lassen. Deshalb ist dieser Moment für so viele transformativ. Für manche kommt es zum Trauma aus der Blockade. Shiatsu ist ein Tanz. Ein Gleichschritt der Herzen und des Atems. Wenn beide tanzen, wird Shiatsu zum Walzer, es wird dir ganz schwindelig. Ich hab mal jemanden sagen hören, Shiatsu sei besser als S3x. Weil es diese Momente des Gesehen werdens, des völligen Loslassens, der Hingabe und Aufgabe und das Vergessen der Welt rundherum, in vielen Beziehungen gar nicht mehr gibt. Also, wann lässt du die Hüllen fallen? Mein Raum ist dein Raum. Meine Hingabe ist hier für dich. Meine Liebe für den Tanz, den Atem, den Gleichschritt zweier Menschen. Und was hat das mit deinen Kindern zu tun? Sie spüren, wenn wir gefangen sind..und zwar tatsächlich. Wir ipoen aus, wenn wir uns selbst nicht kennen. Unsere Trigger, unsere Spannung, im Körper festgesetzt, wird ausgelöst, wie eine Steinschleuder, die auf unsere Kinder losgelassen wird. Unsere Erinnerung lässt uns im Stich, denn so schlimm war es doch nicht. Es war doch eine schöne Kindheit. Es war nichts auffälliges. Nur Erziehung. Nur Gesellschaftliche Normen. Almost five years ago, yoga became more than a physical practice for me. I had just walked away from a very difficult relationship and went to yoga everyday for 28 days straight.⠀ ⠀ Before then, I practiced yoga once a week or so and knew that it felt good, but that was the extent of my understanding. In my newfound freedom and independence, I walked 60 blocks roundtrip through Harlem everyday to get to a yoga studio.⠀ ⠀ I didn’t know it at the time, but in those long walks and challenging classes, I began to heal. It had been years since I had felt physically and emotionally safe and yoga became that for me. ⠀ I began to feel strong and powerful. I felt control over my body and spirit. With every twist, hip-opener, and shavasana, I slowly released my pain.⠀ ⠀ From that point forward, my journey with yoga was never the same. It has continued to be a source of healing, revelation, joy, peace, comfort, and so, so much more. "It's really unhealthy to dive deep into your unresolved traumas without a firm grasp on some healthy coping mechanisms for day-to-day living," my therapist said a few days ago. "Otherwise you'll have a complete breakdown. The body just can't take it when you try to process stuff like that without healthy coping mechanisms." "Pardon my French, but fuck. That sure explains a lot," I replied with a laugh. I laughed because I felt helpless, because I wrote and published a 300+ page book in the past two years, delving straight into my traumas, without even the semblance of a coping plan in place. It explains why I developed a panic disorder because of PTSD that gives me a slew of symptoms that make living nearly unbearable at times, symptoms such as (but not limited to): 1. Crushing chest pain, especially at night or when I'm trying to relax, the sort that sends me to the hospital, 100% sure I'm dying. 2. Derealization, depersonalization, and dissociation. These are big words which mean that my brain glitches and I feel like I'm hovering over my body, watching this disconnected flesh speak with my voice and move my arms, but it's not me doing it. It's where I feel like there's a veil between me and reality, like a fog I can't shake. It's why I can't drive more than 15 minutes at a time, or faster than 55 mph, for the past year, trapping me in a limited radius in my small town. 3. Sensorimotor obsessions, where I become convinced I'll swallow my tongue, or that if I don't actively make myself breathe, I'll stop breathing. This makes meditation, for example, almost impossible because of the focus on the breath. And so many more. I've encouraged countless women to tell their stories, and now, I beg you: tell your story, but get help first. Make sure you've developed coping techniques before you dig into that trauma. Wow, I had a very emotional day yesterday, first meeting a friend again that i thought was lost for me, getting an amazing massage from her and being so happy and relieved that we're back in touch!! Then starting to make future plans with one of my closest people, feeling happy and excited for the future even though it is a scary feeling. Hope and happiness are scary after trauma. But i want to allow myself to live and hope and be as happy as possible. I know i often feel lonely, but i have so many people in my life how love me and maybe one of them will be geographically closer to me in the future (like in my house 😭😭😭). I feel truly (i would say blessed but i don't like the religious aspect of that...) thankful and i also know that it's been hard work on my part to be at that point now. Trust and love after trauma is possible. Pursuing reparations can make enemies out of friends, antagonists out of allies. #Reparations aim to repair damage and prevent further violence. Sometimes, though, they create extreme tension and sever #natural alliances. They easily stimulate trauma, long buried or on the rise and flaming hot. They promote community and corporate #accountability, often exposing flaws in logic or practices of outright deception and brutality. No one likes to be the fool. Liars don't stop lying. Predators like to prey. Plus, people organizing reparations campaigns often elect to work outside systems of law, order, and social respectability because we've been failed. We are the walking wounded. We can be bitter, brittle, biting. We can revel in #trauma and expand its radius and #SocialImpact. We might become shrieking harpies or that bitch. We work it. Reparations are about healing and justice, not social graces of #gratitude and #abundance. Oh, we may work for them, but our prime motivator is #SystemChange in times of #SystemFailure. Less canaries in the coal mine and coal ash in #Guayama, more #bats out of hell and #BorikénLibre.

Trauma is a stress that exceeds the threshold of stress tolerance. Any type of stress from which we did not recover is in that sense traumatic. Therefore trauma can come in any type of container or vessel, depending on the person's tolerance for stress. The understanding of how stress changes physiology in a neuropharmacological, neuroanatomical and genetic expression also reveal the ways to reverse it. Which is why we decided to go with the name Post Traumatic Growth Method. Seeing trauma, and thus stress can be reversed by addressing these physiological changes it opens up the possibility for growth. Don’t chase those that are “busy” we all make time for things and people that matter when we are healthy, check in with yourself when people appear only when they need you, go within yourself to see why you always show up for those that don’t show up for you, no judgement of them or you, just observations of parental child and ancestral wounds still needing healing. Decide in every moment what is the right thing to do. There’s a massive narrative around not living in the past, it not defining you, but the patterns are real, the childhood trauma leaves imprints and scars on the brain, neuro science proves this.
